Plain-language terms that govern your engagement with TMS.
Engagement
Submitting an intake constitutes an enquiry, not a contract. A formal engagement begins only once a written confirmation has been issued and the first session is booked.
Wellbeing services
TMS Wellbeing services (coaching, group programmes, workshops) are non-clinical and are not a substitute for psychiatric, psychological, or medical care. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP or emergency services.
Beauty services
Skincare consultations and product orders are provided in Dr. Toyin’s capacity as an Independent Mary Kay Director. Product purchases follow Mary Kay’s standard return and exchange policies.
Cancellation
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full at Dr. Toyin’s discretion.
Limitation of liability
TMS’ liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
